When markets are at relatively low levels, catching securities at the beginning of an upward trend can be rewarding.
Position: Buy
| Cisco Systems, Inc. [CSCO] looks like a buy candidate. From the chart you can see that prices have crossed above their 10-day moving average and broken the downward-sloping trendline. |
| A possible entry point for a long position would be 57 1/4. This has the potential of a long-term play, possibly rising as high as $70.00. However, I would watch very closely since the markets are volatile at this time. If prices drift below the trendline I would exit my position. |
