Editing Menu Help

There are three separate editing procedures associated with the Editing Menu:  Update Author's Information, Update Existing Articles, and Add New Article.

Update Author's Information:

This form allows you to add your contact and biographical information to the directory. Just fill out the form with the relevant information and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. If a customer requests additional information about one of your articles, the customer's contact information will be forwarded to the Email address you provide on this form. Please make sure that the personal information form has been filled out before adding new articles to the listings.

Update Existing Articles:

This is where you can see all your articles that have been added to the article listings. By clicking on the "Update" button next to the product name, you can view and edit the article information form. When editing the form, you must remember to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.

You may see some articles listed under the heading Article(s) Submitted: pending approval. These are articles that have been added or edited and are waiting for approval by the STOCKS & COMMODITIES staff.

To view an article's attributes as they will be displayed on the Internet, click the "View Display" button next to the article name.

Add New Article:

This is the link for adding new articles to the resource and should lead you to a blank form to fill out with the article contents. Remember to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form. The information that you submit will be reviewed by the STOCKS & COMMODITIES staff, then saved for display on the Website.
